A distinctive feature of this device is the absence of strict requirements for the cleanliness and shape of the surface and positioning of the sensor. The design of the indenter allows you to make stable measurements regardless of the force and time of pressing the sensor to the surface, providing accurate measurements without the use of a tripod.
The hardness tester allows you to measure the hardness of metal products (steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, etc.) of surface-hardened layers (cementation, nitriding, hardening of HDPE, etc.), as well as electroplating (chrome). Easy, one-click change of the measurement scale provides quick measurement on all the main scales: Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRC, HRA, HRB), Vickers (HV), shore "D" (HSD), Lieb (HL), as well as determining the tensile strength of products made of carbon steels of the perlite class according to GOST 22791-77.
